AI receptionist

One-time setup and an ongoing service.

  • One time: setting up the AI receptionist for your business (part of the package’s one-time price).
  • Ongoing: running the AI receptionist (part of the total monthly fee).
  • Availability: Available after setup confirmation. The AI receptionist becomes available after we confirm the setup with you: how calls reach it, the information it may use and the date it goes live. Until we confirm that, it is not active. The counting of call minutes and the 80- and 100-minute alerts start together with the confirmed setup.
  • Calls: 100 minutes of AI receptionist calls are included each month.
  • Alerts: We let you know when you reach 80 minutes and again at 100 minutes.
  • After you use the included minutes: The service keeps working after you use your included minutes. Extra minutes cost $0.49 per minute, calculated from the actual length of each call in seconds (calls are not rounded up to a full minute). Extra usage is billed with your monthly fee.
  • Example: Example: 50 extra minutes over the included amount adds $24.50.

The 10-day timeline covers the website preview. Setting up call forwarding and any custom integration are scheduled separately.

The AI receptionist is set up for you after you order and is available after setup confirmation. We confirm how calls are handed off and the exact setup before it goes into service.

SEO

Basic SEO is in every package.

Extended SEO setup and limited ongoing SEO care come only with the Website + AI Receptionist + SEO package.

Extra one-time work

  • A site structure built around what people search for in your industry
  • Separate pages for your main services (within the agreed page count)
  • Local SEO basics, including consistent business details across your site
  • Extra technical SEO: structured data, a clean sitemap, internal links and image descriptions
  • Google Search Console set up after you approve the site

Ongoing care

Up to 30 minutes of SEO work each month, separate from your 30 minutes of content updates.

  • A short Search Console check every quarter, with a plain-English summary
  • Fixes for technical SEO problems the check finds
  • Updates to page titles, descriptions and existing page text for the searches you care about

Not included: writing new articles or blog posts; link building; managing ads; guaranteed rankings, traffic or customers.

We do not promise specific search rankings, traffic or customer numbers.

Add-on

Custom look based on your inspiration.

More complex features and integrations are quoted separately before work starts.

Your inspiration is a starting point for a custom design. We do not promise an exact copy of another website, and we do not reuse its text, photos, logo or code.

  • Up to 30 minutes per month.

  • Bigger jobs are always quoted and approved first.

Payment, AI minutes, SEO and timing.

What is the difference between the one-time price and the monthly fee?
The one-time price ($499, $749 or $999) pays for building your website, and in the higher packages for setting up the AI receptionist and the extended SEO work. The monthly fee ($29, $99 or $129) is the total amount for running your package. In the higher packages it already includes hosting and maintenance, so you do not pay an extra $29 on top.
When do I pay for building my website?
We build your website first. We invoice you only after you approve it. After you pay, we launch your website. Choosing a package in the inquiry form is not an order and carries no obligation.
What do hosting and maintenance include?
Hosting and maintenance include 30 minutes of small content updates each month (text, photos, contact details, prices, business hours). Unused time does not roll over. Work beyond that costs $39 per hour, and we always get your approval first. This applies to all three packages; in the higher packages hosting and maintenance are included in the total monthly fee. Small content updates are covered by your 30 monthly minutes. New features and large rework are not minor edits: we quote them first and start only after you approve.
How many AI receptionist minutes are included, and what if I use them all?
100 minutes of AI receptionist calls are included each month. We let you know when you reach 80 minutes and again at 100 minutes. The service keeps working after you use your included minutes.
