What counts as a small update?
Changing wording, a price, an opening hour or a phone number; Swapping a photo or adding a few photos to a page that already exists; Correcting a typo or a link.
What is not a small update?
A new feature such as online booking, a members area or a store; A new page type, a new layout or a new integration; Rewriting a large part of the site; A redesign, a new structure or moving to a new look. Small content updates are covered by your 30 monthly minutes. New features and large rework are not minor edits: we quote them first and start only after you approve.
What if I do not use all 30 minutes?
Unused time does not roll over to the next month.
What if I need more than 30 minutes?
Work beyond the included time costs $39 per hour. We always send you an estimate and start only after you approve it.
Do you maintain websites you did not build?
Our maintenance is part of the packages for websites we build. If you have an existing website, the closest option is a redesign, where we rebuild it with a new look and your existing content.
Are domain registration and email mailboxes included?
No. Domain registration and email mailboxes are not part of the price. We confirm how to connect your domain before you order.
