Beauty salons, spas and estheticians

Beauty salon website design as careful as your work.

A calm, clear website for your salon, spa or esthetician practice: treatments with prices and timing, photos of the space where clients will feel at ease, and a way to get in touch in a few taps.

For estheticians, nail and skin care studios, spas and small beauty salons that want their website to feel like their treatment room: clean, welcoming and trustworthy. A new client wants to see quickly which treatments you offer, what they cost and where to find you.

What the website focuses on

What matters most in this industry.

01

A treatment menu people can actually read

Treatments grouped by type, each with a price and a rough length. A new client should not need to call just to find out what a facial costs or how much time to set aside.

02

The feel of your space

Your rooms, products and little details help someone decide to book. The site gives photos plenty of room and does not bury them in text.

03

Booking without hurdles

The way to book is visible on every page. If you already use a scheduling tool, the site links straight to it.

04

Your own voice

An About page with your story and your approach. No invented testimonials, only what is true.

Website pages

What your website can include.

A typical structure. The standard website has up to 10 pages when you provide the content; we adjust the exact scope to your business.

  1. 1

    Home

Who you are, what you offer and how to book.

  2. 2

    Treatments

An overview of services with a short description of each.

  3. 3

    Pricing

Prices and length of each treatment.

  4. 4

    About

You, your approach and the space.

  5. 5

    Gallery

The space and the atmosphere of your studio.

  6. 6

    FAQ

How to prepare, cancellation policy, payment.

  7. 7

    Contact and booking

Address, map, business hours and the way to book.

Booking and inquiries

How clients book

The standard website links to the scheduling tool you already use. A custom booking system and paid booking services from third parties are not automatically included.

  • The contact form is for questions, not for booking a specific appointment.
  • Booking happens in your existing system, by phone or by email.
  • If you want a different setup, we agree on it and quote the price in advance.

Materials

What we need from you.

  • A list of your treatments with prices and length
  • Text about you and your studio (we help edit it)
  • Photos of your space and of you, and your logo if you have one
  • Business hours and contact details
  • A link to your scheduling system, if you use one

Ground rules for this industry

What the website deliberately does not do.

Client photos and before-and-after shots

We publish photos of clients only with their consent. We do not invent example results and we do not promise results from a treatment.

What treatments do

We describe treatments factually. We mention health or therapeutic effects only if you approve them and can support them.

$499 one time. $0 upfront.

Hosting and maintenance $29 per month. We deliver a preview of a standard website within 10 business days of receiving your complete materials. Launch follows your approval and payment. For a custom look, we confirm the timeline based on your brief. Pay only after you approve your website.

Want more?

An AI receptionist in the higher packages.

You are in the middle of a treatment and the phone rings. The AI receptionist can say when you are open and which treatments you offer, and record the caller's name, number and which treatment they are interested in. You call back when your hands are free.

The basic Website package does not include an AI receptionist; it comes with the Website + AI Receptionist and Website + AI Receptionist + SEO packages.

FAQ

What people in this industry ask.

Can my website have a booking calendar?
The standard website links to the scheduling tool you already use. A custom booking system is not included; if you want one, we talk through the options and the price first.
Can I put photos of my clients on the website?
Yes, if they have given you their consent. Without it we do not use client photos. We help you choose photos of the space and of details that do not need consent.
How often can I change my price list, and who does it?
Updating your price list is covered by hosting and maintenance, up to 30 minutes a month. A bigger rewrite of the price list is agreed on first.
Is this a good fit for a spa or an esthetician with a single room?
Yes. A small studio often works best with a short site: home, treatments, pricing, about and contact. The five sample designs are written for this kind of business.
