When and how do I pay?
You pay nothing up front ($0). First you choose a design, send your materials and review a working preview. We invoice you only after you approve the final result, and we launch your website after payment. Building the website costs $499 one time. Hosting and maintenance cost $29 per month.
Do you offer an AI receptionist and SEO?
Yes, in the higher packages: Website + AI Receptionist, and Website + AI Receptionist + SEO. The basic Website package does not include them. One-time prices and total monthly fees are on the pricing page. The AI receptionist comes with a monthly allowance of call minutes and is available after setup confirmation. The exact terms are on the pricing page.
How long does it take to build my website?
We deliver a preview of a standard website within 10 business days of receiving your complete materials. Launch follows your approval and payment. For a custom look, we confirm the timeline based on your brief.
What do I need to send you?
Your text, photos, logo (if you have one), business hours, contact details and prices. We help with structure and editing your text, but we will not invent facts about your business. Each industry page has a specific checklist.
How many pages will my website have?
Up to 10 pages when you provide the content, within the structure we agree on. More complex features, e-commerce and integrations are not automatically included. A typical site has a home page, services, pricing, an about page and a contact page, plus a gallery or FAQ depending on the industry.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes. Your real website runs on your own domain. Domain registration and email mailboxes are not part of the price. We confirm how to connect your domain, and what that involves, before you order.
What does maintenance cover, and what do extra changes cost?
Hosting and maintenance ($29 per month) include up to 30 minutes of small content updates each month: text, photos, contact details, prices and business hours. Unused time does not roll over. Work beyond that costs $39 per hour, and we always get your approval first. New features and large rework are quoted separately.
Is the contact form the same as online booking?
No. The contact form sends you a message by email. Booking a specific appointment is a different service. Your website can link to the booking system you already use. A custom booking system and paid third-party services are not automatically included.
